With the season of change come a great number of changes for us at Munroe Massage Therapy.
After ten years, Arlana has decided to step back from ownership to focus more time on her family and massage practice, and as a result has made the decision to close Munroe Massage Therapy, but don’t worry! As one chapter ends, a new one begins.
The team at Munroe is excited to follow Darcie as she begins the journey of opening a brand new clinic of her own – only minutes away from our current location! Darcie’s clinic, My Massage Therapy is located just a few blocks down Munroe at 523 London Street.
The team will continue to work at Munroe through the end of October and officially start at the new clinic in November; we will be sure to remind all clients with appointments of the location change.
Please continue to book your appointments with your therapist as you normally would; if any changes with scheduling arise we will be sure to inform you as soon as possible.
We are attempting to make this transition as seamless as possible and be running smoothly before the holidays begin; we appreciate your patience during this exciting but chaotic time. More information can be found as it becomes available here, as well as at My Massage Therapy’s website.
We look forward to seeing you!

Welcome to Munroe Massage Therapy
Munroe Massage Therapy (MMT) is a treatment based Massage Clinic that opened in December 2010. While MMT still offers a relaxing atmosphere, our clients come to our clinic to manage pain and stress, recover from injury, reduce tension and many more reasons which you can find listed in detail on our Treatments page.
All of our therapists are certified and registered within their scope of massage therapy practices. These associations give us standards and a code of ethics to work by alongside the Personal Health Information Act (PHIA). Being a part of an association gives each therapist a personal ID number, a requirement of insurance companies to know that we are educated and professionals in our modalities. We direct bill with some companies; for more information, please see Insurance & Payment.
Details regarding our clinic can be found at the bottom of any page. If you have an questions, feel free to call us at 204-415-1587 during our reception hours.
